Refund policy

At LH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our refund policy below for instructions on how to proceed.
 

  1. To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following:

    The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached. The quality of the packaging must remain intact. The product must be returned in the same protective packaging and the box in which it was originally shipped to ensure it reaches us in the same condition. 

    Note: Only 1 return/exchange is applicable per order.

  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, raise a return request on your account and email us at help@lhluxuryfashion.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return. Must Include relevant photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
    Repackaging: Please repack the item in its original packaging (including protective material we used) to prevent any damage during return transit.
    Ship Back: Once your return is authorized, please wait for our delivery partner to pickup the parcel.

  3. Refund Processing
    Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    Please note:
    It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  4. Exchanges
    If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we can arrange a replacement, provided the item is in original condition and returned in the same packaging.

  5. International Return/Refund: 
    Returns and refunds are not possible for international shipping.
    If you receive a damaged order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the damaged item.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • "Partial COD amount is non refundable if the order is refused or returned due to customer unavailability"
  • Under following circumstances the items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • Gift Vouchers
  • COD (Cash on delivery) charges on COD orders.
  • Orders that exceed the given exchange/return window 
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of sale.
  • Items returned with stains or damage not previously informed to us.
  • Deterioration, rips, or fading resulting from negligence in following recommended wash care instructions.
