Yes, items that are marked as non-returnable, gift vouchers, and products with damage caused by neglecting washcare instructions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
